Brandy Deckard, CEO
Born and raised in southern Indiana, Brandy comes from a family of entrepreneurs and is a third-generation business owner. She received her doctor of optometry degree from Indiana University in 2007 and has since built a thriving regional network of advanced vision care clinics in south-central Indiana. She also received a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Business Foundations Certificate from the IU Kelley School of Business. Since 2021, Brandy has assumed ownership of McIntyre Brothers, founded by her grandfather in 1954. As the newest generation at the company’s helm, she brings fresh insight and vision to the McIntyre Brothers leadership team, shaped by her entrepreneurial expertise and the wisdom of her family’s seven-decade history of growth and community involvement.
Jamie Parsons, CMO
A serial entrepreneur, Jamie has launched four local businesses and accrued nearly two decades of experience in sales and marketing operations. In addition to her own business ventures, Jamie’s family owned Bedford Limestone Suppliers, part of the fabric and heritage of southern Indiana’s limestone industry. She earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Purdue University in 2005, which gives her a unique perspective on leadership and staff training and development. Jamie’s entrepreneurial experience and expertise in digital media are a next-generation asset for the McIntyre Brothers Leadership team.
